We currently ship to the following countries within Europe, including but not limited to:

Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Italy, Spain and more.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive further notification once your order has shipped.

Delays: Processing times may increase during peak shopping periods or due to high order volume.

Orders over €30: Free shipping
Estimated delivery time: 2-5 working days
Neighbouring European countries (e.g. France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria)
Standard rate: 9.99
Estimated delivery time: 5-10 working days
Other European countries
Standard rate: 15.00
Estimated delivery time: 7-14 working days

4. Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the shipping carrier's website.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders outside the European Union:

Import Taxes and Duties: Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customs Clearance Delays: International orders may experience delays at customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer is responsible for all re-delivery costs or additional fees.
